What You’ll Be Driving Towards:
- Customer Care: Evaluating customer needs for servicing or repair requirements, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks.
- Clear Communication: Keeping customers fully informed on all applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.
- Seamless Coordination: Liaising effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
- Exceeding Expectations: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining accurate customer details for an up-to-date database and possessing up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.
- Compliance & Quality: Working in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners.

- Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferable, with a natural ability to deliver first-class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
