What You\’ll Be Driving Towards:

As our Service Advisor, you\’ll be instrumental in:

  • Customer Care: Evaluating customer needs for servicing or repair requirements, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks.

  • Clear Communication: Keeping customers fully informed on all applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.

  • Seamless Coordination: Liaising effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.

  • Exceeding Expectations: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining accurate customer details for an up-to-date database and possessing up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.

  • Compliance & Quality: Working in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners.
