- Selling success β Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
- Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities β Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
- Building connections β Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
- Following up leads β Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
- Sealing the deal β Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
- Delivering excellence β Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
