Key Job Requirements as Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic:

• Accurately diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work to a high standard
• Complete used and new vehicle preparations
• Ensure all work is completed in line with franchise, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop
• Deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently and support workshop team targets

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (essential)
• Commercial vehicle experience (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience working in a franchised, high-volume workshop
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Good communication and teamworking skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude
