John Clark Motor Group are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Bodyshop General Manager for our Accident Repair Centre in Aberdeen, who will be responsible for running an extremely pro-active, busy Accident Repair Centre and SMART while maximising production at all times.
This is a fantastic chance to join a leading Accident Repair Centre within the Automotive Industry. The successful Accident Repair General Manager will have a previous working experience as a General Manager within a similar environment and will have strong leadership and communication skills.
We are looking for an Accident Repair General Manager who is a strong team player as you will be working closely with the productive staff and planning and prioritising the flow of work through the Accident Repair Centre and on-site SMART facility.
About you
- Experience and understanding in all aspects of running an Accident Repair Centre and SMART.
- Key Performance measures are critical for the performance of the Accident Repair Centre, pro active management of KPI's is essential for this role.
- This is a results driven, forward-thinking, people orientated person.
- Working knowledge of Audatex and Autoflow management platforms would be an advantage.
