We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our Apprentice Parts Advisor programme. At John Clark Motor Group, our Parts Apprenticeship is designed to train and develop the next generation of skilled Parts Advisors. What Does a Parts Advisor Do?

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — connecting service teams, sales departments, and customers. Every day is different! You’ll get involved with:

  • Receiving, moving, and organising parts and specialist workshop tools
  • Managing orders, processing payments, and handling returns
  • Keeping track of stock and deliveries
  • Creating stunning displays to promote parts and accessories
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every single time!

You’ll become an expert in understanding the vital role of vehicle parts and how they keep our customers’ cars on the road.
