  • Clear Communication: Keeping customers fully informed on all applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.
  • Seamless Coordination: Liaising effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintaining accurate customer details for an up‐to‐date database and possessing up‐to‐date knowledge on additional products and services.
  • Compliance & Quality: Working in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a customer‐facing role is highly preferable, with a natural ability to deliver first‐class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
