We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Newmarket Racecourses, on a FTC, to assist with the Marketing brand planning & execution at The Home of Horseracing.

The Marketing Executive will:

  • Lead on-site marketing and brand experiences across racedays, ensuring every interaction reinforces the Newmarket Racecourses identity.
  • Develop and deliver captivating local content for social media and digital channels, showcasing the excitement, heritage, and unique experiences of Newmarket Racecourses.
  • Provide on-site marketing support across racedays as required.
  • Brief, approve, and manage creative assets across studio, digital, and social channels, keeping all communications on-brand and visually compelling.
  • Keep the website and app fresh, engaging, and reflective of our brand story, ensuring customer journeys are clear, inspiring, and memorable.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across Racedays and Hospitality ensuring consistent delivery of the Newmarket Racecourses brand experience and driving customer engagement.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand reputation and market position, as guided by the Marketing Manager.
