About the role

We're looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relations Executive to help deliver unforgettable raceday experiences. You'll take ownership of Annual Badge Holder relationships and ticketing operations while working closely with the wider team to ensure every racegoer and industry stakeholder receives first-class service and hospitality.

The Customer Relations Executive will:

  • Take ownership of the Annual Badge Holder programme, building strong relationships with members and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to raceday.
  • Lead the Owners & Trainers experience, ensuring Market Rasen Racecourse consistently achieves ROA Gold Standard and delivers first-class hospitality and service.
  • Manage and optimise ticketing and raceday experiences, ensuring all products, packages and fixtures are accurately promoted and maintained.
  • Be a visible presence on racedays, acting as a key point of contact for customers, owners, trainers and industry stakeholders.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues effectively and helping drive outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
  • Support the planning and delivery of both racing and non-racing events, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by analysing feedback, supporting Visit England initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support across the racecourse, including community and charity initiatives, sponsorship activity, event preparation, and collaboration with marketing and operational teams.

  • Previous administration and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable and able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to use your own initiative and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
