Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting new commercial customers and untapped market sectors, developing tailored outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Achieving business targets through proactive sales activity, including generating and attending client meetings.
  • Planning and hosting client site visits, meetings, exhibitions, and open days to showcase services and build strong relationships.
  • Growing revenue from our existing customer base to meet and exceed targets, ensuring consistently high levels of repeat business.
  • Managing all client correspondence, handling and converting incoming enquiries through to confirmed bookings and contracted business.
  • Proactively selling to prospective customers by thoroughly researching their needs and applying effective conversion techniques to win new business for the region and wider group.
  • Producing accurate and timely weekly sales and activity reports to track performance against targets.
