We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Advertising Manager to join our amazing Performance Marketing team to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns, ensuring we maximise our advertising spend to drive the best commercial returns.

The Digital Advertising Manager will:

  • Drive a profitable return on advertising spend, growing our overall online revenue.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and new users to our digital platforms.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and affiliate platforms and networks.
  • Maximise and monitor digital budgets.
  • Work with the wider digital team to deliver against CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance to the business.
  • Focus on innovation and testing to explore areas of potential growth in our digital marketing campaigns.

About you:

  • Understanding of digital marketing across a wide field, with up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practice within paid search, paid social and display (Google & Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 or other DSP).
  • Hands-on experience of building and running digital ads on Meta and Google, knowledge of customer acquisition across paid channels and growing online revenue & ROAS.
  • Experience of data analysis and reporting (GA4, Power BI).
  • Experience of interpreting data to measure campaign impact and effectiveness and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to build positive relationships cross functionally.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills for managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate in delivering high quality results with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative and team orientated working with others to explore new ways to test and learn.
