We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior CRM expert to join our Digital Team. This role is responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end CRM and digital activations for partners and sponsors, from brief through build and deployment to post-campaign reporting.
The Senior CRM Executive will use customer insight and segmentation to create highly targeted, customer‑centric campaigns across email, web, in‑app, on‑course beacons and external media channels, ensuring activity meets commercial objectives while protecting the customer experience.
Working closely with Partnerships, Digital and Insights teams, they will own partner campaign execution, data capture and enrichment opportunities whilst championing CRM best practice and compliance across all activations.
The Senior CRM Executive will:
- Take proactive ownership of the planning and coordination of partner and sponsor CRM and digital inventory and activations.
- Utilise insight and segmentations to define, build and activate against targeting groups comprising demographic, purchase, consumer classification, preference and interest data.
- Write email/web/app copy, choose imagery/artwork, coordinate partner creative/promotional assets, and brief internal design teams to create compelling and impactful campaigns.
- Build and deploy dedicated solus emails and email banners/inclusions, working closely with the Group CRM manager to integrate partner activations into the wider CRM portfolio.
- Take full ownership of the Partner Offers Hub and digital activations, taking responsibility for building, updating, and strategically positioning partner content within user journeys to maximise visibility, engagement and performance.
- Design and deliver online and on‑course partner data capture opportunities and data enrichment tactics that help extend activation reach and profile customer interests in alignment with partner services, propositions and target markets.
- Work closely with the Partnerbrite platform to maximise first party data engagement in owned, external and operated channels.
- Prepare, distribute and present partner‑facing post‑campaign performance reporting, case studies and presentation materials to aid Partnership Team pitches and reviews.
About you:
- A highly organised self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a high‑pressure working environment.
- Ability to balance customer centricity with commercial objectives.
- Proficiency in building, deploying and testing CRM campaigns using customer engagement platforms (Dotdigital or a similar ESP).
- Experience using data, insight and segmentation tools to define targeted audiences (Faststats or a similar targeting platform).
- Strong knowledge and experience of content management systems (Optimizely or a similar CMS).
- Strong understanding of campaign reporting, metrics, KPIs and test‑and‑learn approaches.
- Strong copywriting, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
