About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join the Yankee Candle store in Bluewater.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations
- Assisting in raising stock purchase orders and managing the order tracking document
- Handling cash and other daily administrative tasks
- Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service
- Daily replenishments and managing stock adjustments
- Ensuring the store and back of house is clean, tidy and organised
- Resolving issues related to deliverables and customer concerns
- Assisting with uploading PLU files
About You
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently, using own initiative
- Good organisation and administrative skills; good computer skills
- A passion for the brand and product
- Previous retail experience required; must be fully flexible for days, evenings and weekends
Hours
Part time, temporary. Hours will be discussed at interview.
