Pay: Up to £14.14 per hour Overtime when available
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Vacancy type: Permanent, full-time, site-based
Hours: 37 hours per week — Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:45; Friday, 08:00–12:00

An organised stores operation keeps manufacturing moving.
Our client, an established manufacturing business, is looking for a Stores Person to keep stock accurate, prepare build kits and ensure production teams have the parts they need — with a midday finish every Friday.
The role
- Receive goods in and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare build kits ahead of manufacturing requirements.
- Supply parts promptly to production teams.
- Assist with stocktakes, inventory management and stock rotation.
- Keep stores organised, making efficient use of space.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow health and safety procedures.
About you
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and experience using an ERP system.
- An organised approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Experience with Epicor or Kardex would be an advantage, as would a forklift licence.
