About the role
Are you an experienced Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step into management, or an experienced optical retail manager looking for a new role within a premium optical and hearing care business? An independent, family-owned company is looking for a skilled Branch Manager to join their established store in Epsom.
As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive the commercial success of the branch while maintaining the high standards of customer care and service the business is known for.
Duties may include
- Leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service
- Creating a positive and supportive branch culture
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Driving branch performance through effective planning and execution
- Monitoring business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth
- Managing branch operations and ensuring excellent standards across all areas
- Supporting colleague learning and development within the practice
The ideal candidate
- An experienced Dispensing Optician (Non-Qualified Dispenser also accepted) or an experienced optical retail manager
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach to leadership and commercial awareness
- The ability to inspire, motivate and support others
