Acacia Outdoors is developing a new outdoor hospitality concept in the English countryside. The Food & Beverage Development Consultant will own the F&B operation from concept through to launch readiness, including cafés, a general store and related offerings on a circa 12-month independent contractor project.
You will work with a project team to shape the guest experience, plan menus, establish costings and procurement, and prepare SOPs and training materials for the onsite team.
