Our client is an award-winning surgeon recognised as one of London's best, running a busy clinic on Harley Street, open Monday to Friday. They are looking for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join their team on this 18-month contract.

About the role
You will be booking aesthetic treatments for therapists as well as handling the surgeon's schedule. The right person is very customer-orientated, has an eye for detail, and is friendly and highly organised.

- Booking aesthetic treatments for therapists
- Handling the surgeon's schedule
- Providing an incredible patient customer journey
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a busy aesthetic, skin clinic or medical practice
- Must have experience working with Pabau booking system
- Highly organised, customer-focused and detail-oriented
