Are you a qualified Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step in your career? An independent, family-owned company is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead their established Putney team and drive exceptional customer experiences.
As Branch Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the practice, balancing commercial performance with outstanding patient care, leading and developing your team and building strong customer relationships.
Duties may include
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Driving branch growth and commercial success
- Delivering exceptional customer service and patient experiences
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve targets
- Building a positive, supportive and engaging team culture
The ideal candidate
- Qualified Dispensing Optician, fully registered with the GOC
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach to leadership and a commercial mindset
- The ability to inspire, motivate and support others
