About the Role
CS Heating & Plumbing Ltd is recruiting a Junior Office Administrator through a Business Administration Apprenticeship. Based with the office team in Manston, near Ramsgate, this is an opportunity to begin a career in administration with full training and support. No previous experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
- Reply to emails and support day-to-day office administration.
- Complete data entry and help keep information organised.
- Pick parts for jobs.
- Collate processes and support the office team.

Pay, Hours and Training
- £16,640 for the first year; pay may then increase depending on age.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- 40 hours per week, including one day per week at college.
- Business Administrator Level 3 qualification with SALT Training Limited.
- Duration: one year and nine months.
- Planned start date: 16 November 2026.
- One position available, with potential to become an administrator within the business.
