Based in Newton Abbot, our client, a global market leader, is looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to start immediately.
Duties:
- Responsible for providing support to customers on any matters relating to in-house logistical delays, parcel tracking, and investigation of lost parcels & returns.
- Use a variety of media (social channels, phone, and email) to ensure customers receive prompt and complete responses.
- Provide feedback on significant positive or negative comments from customers regarding products and services offered.
- Maintain a polite and courteous telephone manner when speaking to customers.
Skills:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Good geographical knowledge of the world.
- Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software packages.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or customer-facing role, or at least 12 months experience in a Junior Sales role.
- English and Maths GCSE at level C or above.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
- An enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service.
- Honesty & integrity.
- Great communicator – both verbally and in written form.
- Positive, self-motivating attitude.
- Reliability.
- Ambitious nature.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload/deadlines.
