Job Shop Recruitment is looking for a reliable and organised General Admin / Dispatch Administrator to join our team at our offices in Torquay. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and dispatch duties, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Receive and redirect incoming telephone calls as required. * Process and dispatch all mail orders and regular B2B orders using a variety of courier platforms. * Track customer orders and provide Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation when required. * Take occasional telephone orders and process payments. * Liaise with customers and assist with general enquiries. * Carry out other general administrative duties as required. * Assist with the MRP system when capacity allows. * Ensure orders and associated administration are processed accurately and efficiently. Hours of Work The ideal working hours are 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, we would consider 9:30am 3:00pm for the right candidate to accommodate school runs and other family commitments.
