We are recruiting for a Team Leader Van Driver (Sprinter) - Multi Drop Driver based in Grays, Essex. This is a great opportunity for you to progress within an excellent family-run company.
Details of the role:
- Location: Grays, Essex
- Start date: 5th January 2026
- Start time: From 4:30am
- Pay rate: £16.70 per hour
- 45 hours per week plus optional overtime
- Multi drop driving

Requirements:
- Experience of managing or leading a team in a similar driving role
- Full driving licence required with no more than 6 points
- Previous experience driving a Sprinter Van
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
