The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Leamington Spa.
We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.
Previous order picking experience is advantageous β using RF Scanners & paper picking.
Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Fixed AM Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
- Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.
Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:
- Β£12.30 per hour
- Β£18.45 per hour Overtime paid after 40 hours β time & a half rate.
- Pay increase after 12 weeks
- Opportunity for a full time contract after 12 weeks
Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Leamington Spa:
- Order picking & packing using pick sheets & scanners
- Achieve targets
- Support the operation with the moving of stock and pallets in the warehouse
- Support the goods in function β booking in deliveries, allocating pallet space and locations
- Have a keen eye for detail and ensure no mistakes are made
- Order picking and packing a variety of goods using an RF Scanner.
- Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
- Stock checking and stock put away.
- Load / Unload vehicles
- Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.
