Day shifts

£65k per annum

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Will be working for a Food production company

Duties of a Production Manager

• Managing and motivating a small team of people
• Training and developing staff
• Dealing with any issues on site, problem solving

Experience required for a Production Manager

• Performance Management
• Lean Processes
• Health and Safety
• Understanding Margins
• Strategy and innovation

Working hours of a Production Manager

• Days – Monday to Friday
