We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on a dynamic role that involves end to end recruitment. Ideally with a Recruitment Consultancy background that understands the demands of the role. The primary function is to support the generation, interviewing and inductions of candidates from remote locations around the Midlands and Staffordshire areas To Include – but not specific to: Walsall / Wolverhampton /Burntwood Cannock / Lichfield Derby / Burton Birmingham Stoke Duties of a Multi site Recruitment Consultant Will involve full cycle recruitment – placing adverts, generating candidates for interview days – interviewing candidates off site – ensuring 100% compliance. Matching them to vacancies – arranging interviews or inductions with clients and assisting The Job People\’s growth strategy One day you could be based in our Birmingham branch (Jewellery Quarter) -( we are planning to expand and open new offices at some stage soon, which in turn will create more opportunities) and the next day you could be onsite at one of our clients interviewing and inducting staff ready for them to start work We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience – who really enjoys getting under the skin of our clients – with a service focused \”can do attitude\” and goes the extra mile to find the right person for the role. If you can demonstrate the right people skills – good customer / client relationships and have Recruitment Consultancy experience – (Branch/Onsite/Account Management) Able to keep management information figures Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI\’s Ensure positive recruitment experience for both candidate and client Adhere to compliance and current employment legislation\’sDetails of a Multi Site Recruitment Consultant Working hours are 40 hours per week – needs and must of the business Generally 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday In return we offer a competitive salary – with a bonus scheme available and fantastic growth and development opportunities.
