Customer Service Agent in Walsall, Aldridge. As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in a lively office, handling inbound and outbound calls for a thriving business.
Your daily responsibilities will include re booking orders, interacting with drivers, managers, and site managers. All Customer Service Agents collaborate as a team, building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements of a Customer Service Agent:
- Receiving complaints direct from customers or via the telesales agent, thoroughly investigating these, escalating to the appropriate department heads, and resolving to the satisfaction of the customer including creating credits.
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction goals.
- Reach out to customers through follow-up calls after their first deliveries to gather feedback, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience.
