Pay: £26,000 – £27,000 per year with monthly £200 to £300 bonus structure OTE
Based in Walsall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility

The Job People are recruiting for Customer Service Agents in Walsall, located in the town centre, conveniently accessible by public transport and with parking available. As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in a lively office, handling inbound and outbound calls for a thriving business.

Your daily responsibilities will include rebooking orders, interacting with drivers, managers, and site managers. All Customer Service Agents collaborate as a team, building strong and lasting relationships with customers.

You will receive ongoing training from day one, including regular one-on-one sessions.
