We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a recruiter with a strong industrial recruitment background who excels in account management, client relationships, and end‑to‑end recruitment delivery. This vacancy offers the opportunity to take ownership of key client accounts, manage recruitment performance across multiple clients, and play a central role in supporting our continued growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 lifecycle recruitment management, from recruitment and selection to placement and payroll
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key client accounts, managing expectations and service delivery
  • Placing adverts and proactively sourcing candidates for ongoing and volume requirements
  • Coordinating and delivering both on and off‑site interviews and induction days
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with right‑to‑work checks and current employment legislation
  • Ensuring accurate payroll processed
  • Matching candidates accurately to client roles and arranging interviews or starts
  • Maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships through regular engagement and review meetings
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate management information (MI)
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring a positive, professional experience for both candidates and clients
  • On call mobile phone

Working Environment:

This is a varied, hands‑on role. One day you may be based at our Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter) office, and the next you could be on‑site managing recruitment activity, interviewing and inducting staff ready to start work with our clients.

Experience Required:

  • Proven high volume industrial recruitment consultancy experience (branch, onsite, or account management)
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise effectively
  • Commercial awareness with a service‑led approach
  • Confident managing compliance and recruitment processes end‑to‑end
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions‑focused with a “can‑do” attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
