Forklift Counterbalance Driver (ABMPCB1) – Lutterworth, England

The position is open to candidates with an in‑date Counterbalance Licence and recent experience.

The role involves handling bulky, boxed electrical household appliances, mainly 60% driving a forklift and 40% manual work including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately order, pick, pack, label and pallet‑wrap items.
  • Perform heavy lifting and support other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety rules.
  • Work independently when required.

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (in‑date).
  • Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (desired).
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable and flexible with willingness to work both AM and PM shifts.
