We are looking for Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy production factory in Leamington Spa. The role is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period. FLT Counterbalance Licence is required. You will undertake a variety of roles, including industrial cleaning, in a warm factory environment.

Working Hours

  • Variety of shifts: 12‑hour shifts, days and nights.
  • Rota provided for the year, including weekend work.
  • Pay starts from £13.94 per hour with FLT licence.
  • Temp to perm role.
  • Long‑term opportunity with training and progression.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Counterbalance FLT (training after qualifying period).
  • Load machines from conveyor belt systems and move roller bins safely around the facility.
  • Load and unload onto conveyor belts.
  • General industrial cleaning within a warehouse.
  • Follow all processes and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work unsupervised where required.
  • Adhere to health & safety rules on site.

Qualifications

  • FLT Counterbalance Licence.
  • Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
  • Good understanding of industrial logistics and safety.
