Overview
We are looking for a Forklift Combi Driver to join a busy production factory in Offchurch – Leamington Spa.
The position is long‑term, with a possibility of a permanent contract after a qualifying period.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, Fixed PM shift: 13:00 – 21:30.
Compensation
£15.00 per hour basic, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Pay increase after 12 weeks.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Combi / Counterbalance licence (required).
- Other licences advantageous (Reach / VNA).
- Previous experience operating a Combi Counterbalance FLT.
- Ability to work unsupervised when required.
- Adherence to health and safety rules on site.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods, ensuring safe logistical movement of stock in varying sizes, palletised, boxed, shipment containers.
- Check paperwork and orders.
- Support general warehouse tasks as required.
- Follow all trained processes and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain and care for the forklift and warehouse equipment.
