Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: From 32,480 to 34,510 per annum

Job description for the Internal Accounts Manager
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company, working in a fast-paced office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and service-related matters.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate information is communicated and customer requirements are met.
- Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and service issues through to resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular account reviews.
- Maintain accurate account records and provide customer insights to management.
- Ensure a professional, positive, and customer-centric service is delivered at all times.
Experience for the Internal Accounts manager
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the manufacturing sector is preferred
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of order processing, logistics and supply chain operations is desirable
