Recruiting for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer. This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep infrastructure expertise, end-to-end ownership of solutions, and the ability to work in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure work packages — from initial design through to prototyping, deployment, and early life support.
  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional agile team, including security, service, and management functions.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Script and automate repeatable unit tests to ensure functionality meets all requirements.
  • Develop and maintain design and support documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting change requests and enhancements based on evolving user and business needs.

Skills and Experience include:

  • You are likely to have strong, hands-on experience within the following areas:
  • Email & Directory Services: Exchange, Mail, MTA, SMTP, Border Sync, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
  • Web & Server Infrastructure: IIS / Apache, Server Build & Configuration, PKI (TLS, Certificates), VMWare
  • Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, DevOps tooling (Ansible, GIT, YAML)
  • Experience with scripting repeatable infrastructure configurations and deploying securely within enterprise environments.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to support design governance and operational transition.
