Financial Services Firm is hiring for a React Developer with a focus on RTK Query / Modern Frontend Engineering. This role has a flexible hybrid working policy and is based in the City of London. Salary ranges between £75K - £95K depending on experience.

They are seeking an experienced React Developer with expertise in Redux Toolkit - RTK Query to build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric applications.

  • Develop and maintain responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using React, TypeScript, and RTK Query
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA to build polished, user-friendly experiences
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into reusable, maintainable components
  • Optimize application performance, caching, and API interactions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines

Requirements:

  • 4-7+ years in frontend or full-stack development
  • Proven production experience building SPAs with React
  • Comfortable working with Agile methodologies
  • Deep understanding of functional components, React Hooks, and component lifecycle
  • Skilled in TypeScript and writing type-safe frontend code
  • Proficient in Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or styled-components
  • Bonus: Next.js, GraphQL, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
