Global organisation is hiring for an Analytics Engagement Manager – Sports Clients. This is a permanent role paying between £75K - £90K, depending on experience. The role is hybrid and requires 2 days in the office per week in London. This role is key in optimising go-to-market (GTM) strategies and supporting data-led marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical skill with strong stakeholder management experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee client initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Own the problem solution – structure and deliver advanced analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to frame business projects and leverage data for optimal outcomes.
- Use SQL and other tools to extract, analyse and interpret data.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders and executives.
- Define data requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Support segmentation strategies to deepen fan engagement.
- Ensure test/control structures and success criteria are in place for campaigns.
- Track KPIs and apply attribution frameworks to evaluate GTM success.
- Regularly present insights and strategy updates to management.
- Translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
- Assist regional teams with audience segmentation and analytics strategies tailored to local market needs.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree-educated in either Sports Management, Marketing, Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 4 years experience with SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
- Over 5 years stakeholder management experience.
- Proven track record of applying analytics to marketing or GTM strategies.
- Experience of multinational or cross-marketing analytics.
