In this role, you will provide operational support for complex enterprise network environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. This role is based in London and the salary ranges between Β£55K - Β£60K + 10% Bonus + 10% DV Bonus. This role requires SC and DV Clearance, so you will need to be eligible to apply for this role.
- Provide 3rd Line support for network infrastructure and hosted applications
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Conduct routine patch management, upgrades, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support projects
- Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale networks
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Citrix App Delivery Controller (Netscaler)
- Solid understanding of network performance, security, and diagnostics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
