In this role, you will provide operational support for complex enterprise network environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. This role is based in London and the salary ranges between £55K – £60K + 10% Bonus + 10% DV Bonus.This role requires SC and DV Clearance, so you will need to be eligible to apply for this role.Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd Line support for network infrastructure and hosted applications
• Manage, monitor, and maintain the network infrastructure across multiple sites
• Conduct routine patch management, upgrades, and system maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support projects
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale networks
• Hands-on expertise with:

Citrix App Delivery Controller (Netscaler)

• Solid understanding of network performance, security, and diagnostics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
