The role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling inquiries from Councillors and MPs. Knowledge of social care systems is an advantage.
Role Involves:
- Managing and coordinating diaries for multiple Directors and Heads of Function.
- Organising and scheduling meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Handling inquiries from Councillors, MPs, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and managing correspondence and documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
