We are looking for experienced administrators to support at Taxi Licensing, at Wincomblee Road, Walker and at The Adult Resource Centres.
Some aspects of the role include:

Working in a reactive, fast-paced environment the role involves supporting between a busy front-line reception and back-office environment, with the ability to deal with, at times, difficult and challenging customers both face to face and on the telephone. In Taxi Licensing you will process all aspects of licensing applications and related tasks accurately to tight deadlines using a number of in-house and external systems/methods.

Tasks also include the management of email accounts, call handling of a very busy phone line, coordinate the booking of MOT schedule tests and a number of other related tasks.

The role requires excellent customer service skills, along with excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task during busy periods, as well as liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and officers.
