We are looking for apprentices to join our social enterprises (The ReUsers and WoodShack) in Sutton Coldfield. You will work with our friendly team for 12-15 months and be supported to achieve a level 2 Customer Service qualification. We offer start dates throughout the year and can usually offer starts within a few weeks of application.

Course Information

  • Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
  • Level: 2
  • Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
  • Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Arrangements

  • Working Week: Weekly rota is in place across 7 days working 4 days, including two full weekends every 4 weeks.
  • Shifts are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8am to 4.30pm and 10am to 4.30pm, on Sundays.
  • Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months
