The predicted salary is between 21015 - 22003 Β£ per year.
Responsibilities include supporting the SEND Intervention team to remove barriers to learning and success, focusing on literacy, numeracy and the foundation curriculum. Work with students with learning and behavioural difficulties to encourage positive engagement. Adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate effectively with all members of the school community in a public-facing role.
Qualifications and Requirements: Holder of a SEND qualification, minimum of Level 2, and a current first aid qualification is desirable. Training can be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to working with students, parents and the wider community. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
Working Hours and Salary: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am β 4:00 pm, term time plus Inset days. Scale 2/3, point 4β7 dependent on experience (Actual salary Β£21,015 β Β£22,003 including outer fringe allowance) β pay award pending.
