James Hornsby already benefits from a highly dedicated, friendly and well‑resourced Mathematics Department and we are now seeking an experienced mathematician, who is dynamic and committed to join the team and lead the department in driving further improvement in student outcomes. The successful candidate will have proven experience of teaching mathematics across KS3 and KS4, an excellent track record of curriculum innovation and strong academic results in maths, and the ability to lead the ongoing development of the high‑quality pedagogical practice within the department.
