We have an opportunity for a confident, self‑motivated and passionate individual to support our Behaviour and Intervention team to help remove barriers to learning and success. The successful candidate will be integral to enhancing the life chances of all our young people, focusing on behaviour and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the Behaviour and Intervention team in removing barriers to learning and success for all students.
- Encourage positive engagement with students with learning and behavioural difficulties.
- Adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations and work effectively with all members of the school community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven experience in working with students with learning and behavioural difficulties.
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations.
- A current first aid qualification is desirable, but training can be provided.
Working Hours
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.20am – 4.30pm, term time plus inset days.
Salary
Scale 6 point 14‑18, dependent on experience. Actual salary £25,949 – £27,661, including outer fringe allowance.
Start Date Required
September 2026.
