We are looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help us keep things running smoothly.
The Role
- Supporting the GM in managing shift operations and floor workflow.
- Motivating, training, and mentoring a brilliant front-of-house team.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest feedback with grace.
- Assisting with inventory and stock control.
- Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Availability: Flexible to work across Monday to Saturday shifts (minimum 30–35 hours per week).
- Skills: Strong communication, natural leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Attitude: A positive energy, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow with us.
