Our iconic restaurants are renowned for exceptional food, outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team. Based in Manchester, this role will take ownership of management recruitment across a portfolio of restaurants throughout the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.
Working closely with the Executive, Operations teams, and General Managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional leaders who will shape the future success of our restaurants. You'll also play a key role in supporting management and hourly recruitment for new restaurant openings, helping to build high-performing teams from day one.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for management positions across your region.
- Develop and deliver proactive recruitment strategies to attract exceptional hospitality talent.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Support management and hourly recruitment for new restaurant openings.
