Key elements of your role as Events Manager:
- Full organisation of all event details relayed by the client
- Maintain constant communication with the client and ensure all details are noted and expectations are managed throughout the planning process
- Perfect the Events Questionnaire process to ensure all key information is captured
- Keep all event documentation up to date
- Meet clients on site, reviewing key logistics and ensuring all details are captured
- Sign off on final event details with the client
- Have a strong understanding of Food and Beverage offer, working closely with the operations team to achieve solid pre-event sales, leaving the final upsells...
