Assist with the overall profitability and efficient operation of the outlet.
Ensure the smooth operations of the outlet on a day to day basis.
Provide customer service and service recoveries when required.
Effectively lead the service, bar and kitchen team to ensure proper food and drinks flow.
Coordinate sales or promotional activities with the Marketing Department.
Handle administrative duties, which include but are not limited to submitting sales reports, staff scheduling, recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with Degree/Diploma in Hospitality related studies or with WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Bar and Restaurant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B products and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills to lead, manage, train and motivate staff.
- Passionate in providing excellent customer service.
- Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work 6 days shift work including weekends and Public Holiday.
