We're looking for a dedicated Bench Assistant General Manager to join our growing Southwest Region team at The Ivy Collection! Your key responsibilities as Assistant General Manager:
- Support the SW General Managers in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant together with the General Managers and Head Chefs in the SW.
- Assume responsibility for budget management, including the management of direct and indirect costs.
- Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring, and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty.
- To consistently act as a role-model in delivering the highest standard of guest service.
About you:
- You have 2 years+ experience in this position.
- You have strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead the team.
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service.
- You have excellent English language skills.
- You are a real team player.
- You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair.
