Key responsibilities of Senior Receptionist

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist includes ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
