SENIOR RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and organised Senior Receptionist to lead our reception operation.

This is a key role within the management team, responsible for running a busy reservations book, leading the reception team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout service.. .

The Role

  • Take ownership of the reservations book during busy services.
  • Manage reservations, guest enquiries, walk-ins, and special requests.
  • Use reservation systems such as Seven Rooms, Open Table, or similar platforms.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the reception team.
  • Coordinate seating plans with management to maximise service flow and guest experience.
  • Handle VIP guests and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Maintain reception standards, stock control, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Support training and development within the reception team.

About You

  • Previous experience in a senior reception or reservations role within hospitality.
  • Experience managing a busy reservations book.
  • Strong knowledge of Seven Rooms, Open Table, or similar systems.
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
